Here's an overview of our role: We are currently looking for a Project Planner to join the team providing support to project management teams. Tasked with establishing and managing detailed schedules in accordance with Zinfra processes and procedures. Supporting maintenance and assuring the integrity of the schedules to Zinfra procedures for the delivery of all projects including Power Transmission and Distribution Design and Construct or Gas EPCCM and integrate projects. Your role will cover the following:
Implementing and maintaining progress measurement on projects
Conducting project controls governance and other internal compliance and governance meetings to ensure project monitoring, forecasting and reporting is accurate and complaint
Supporting proposals and estimating to ensure all bids and estimates have accurate and logic driven programs.
Ensuring Project schedule integrity is reviewed and maintained
Capturing and documenting project changes
Working in partnership with internal clients to help meet a satisfactory level of customer satisfaction in relation to the people and services being offered
Supporting proposals and estimating to ensure all bids and estimates have accurate and logic driven programs in accrodance with Zinfra and client specifications on detail, logic and sequencing.

Understanding of executing design and construction contract incl. legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts
Incremental process improvement skills
Project Time Management experience with demonstrated successful outcomes in the delivery of programs and portfolios
track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship skills
