What is the role?
We are looking for a Project Manager/Project Planner with experience in the Construction and Manufacturing Industry.
Striving to excel, this role requires a “can-do” attitude with top notch proactive people skills. This role will require someone to:
- Assist our client in steering through project challenges with proactive planning skills;
- Capable of challenging the team to ensure project ON-TIME delivery.
- Autonomously assist the team with successful planning strategy and execution to ensure ON-TIME delivery.
- Set up of planning roadmap for long-term delivery success.
- Set up strong coordination, and planning drive/focus between functions (design, procurement, construction, and testing).
- Confident/thorough reporting and communications to provide trust and satisfaction to all stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to our clients on how to effectively govern projects and processes.

A few more advantageous traits about you:
- Solid 5 to 10 years of planner experience in multi-disciplinary D&C programs.
- Experience in engineering projects across rail infrastructure, and building construction (highly desirable).
- Planning experience, proficient in planning tools (P6 etc.)
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience across project phases of design, procurement, construction to testing & commissioning.
- Capability to work with different stakeholders, (engineers, suppliers, construction contractors and external stakeholders)
- Great verbal and writing skills supported by a go-getter attitude. You prefer to proactively look for solutions rather than waiting for the answer to come.
- Someone who understands the importance of teamwork and appreciates the fact that we never work alone.
