The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Scheduler to join our Engineering and Planning team in Brisbane on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Team Lead Project Excellence, you will play a key role in providing timely, effective and accurate scheduling support to Stay in Business projects, 3rd party projects and customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Update project schedule data for monthly reporting in consultation with the Project Manager and review impacts to cost and resource forecasts
- Develop project schedules for new projects that reflect cost and resource estimates and set milestone dates in consultation with Project Design Engineers
- Integrate relevant project information provided by internal teams and external vendors into the project schedule
- Maintain a library of project schedule templates, covering typical project types delivered by the team
Your Background
- Proven skills in project planning, budgeting and cost control to meet customer expectations and project deadlines
- Experience in a Project Engineering environment
- Experience in Project Management Software
- Ability to work unsupervised in a team environment
- Strives for continuous improvement in service delivery
