Project Scheduler

• This is a newly created role, and part of the need for this role are the establishment of a Project Scheduling Framework, so the business (up to exec level) can get a consistent view of the project environment, taking consideration of project dependencies. In simple terms to create a plan on a page of the ICT project environment.
• Must have experience in large complex environments, and have been a dedicated Project Scheduler
• Excellent comms and stakeholder engagement skills are a given.

Program:
Transition all ICT services to alternate supply arrangements. The Program will be delivered in
accordance to the Managing Successful Programs (MSP) methodology and will have oversight of multiple tranches/projects adhering to the Prince2 methodology.

• Eliciting information from various business representatives and subject matter experts to inform/build the initiative's schedule
• Ensure the initiative/project schedule aligns to mandatory delivery methodologies and assurance gates
• Coordinate multiple initiative/project schedules managing inter dependency and presenting this information into a Program level schedule and/or roadmap.
• Working with the Program and Project Managers establish routine meetings to provide updates on the schedule and report on progress and interdependencies
• Review schedules to ensure delivery performance is maximised and considers resourcing availability/constraints
• Create illustrative schedules, or a 'Plan on a Page' (via Visio, PowerPoint, etc) for executive consumption.
