Our client is a well known Australian group that are currently undertaking a large transformation Program. This program touches all aspects of their business and has multiples streams that this Coordinator will support. You will have worked on large transformations in the past with many moving pieces and have experience in supporting multiple PM’s across different streams. This program is well underway and is looking for someone whom can hit the ground running and help for an initial 12 month contract to support their leadership team.
As a Program Coordinator your role is included but not limited to:
- 5+ years extensive project coordination experience and expertise
- Experience working in fast paced projects (mandatory)
- Demonstrated high competence level with project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, SharePoint/SharePoint Sites, Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies – hybrid Waterfall/Scrum Agile
- Ability to handle and manage time to deliver multiple activities simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (mandatory)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experienced writing project status reports
- Experienced with Dev Ops for the organisation and management of project work activities
