Job Description
We're seeking 3 x Project Specialists to join the Business Transformation team within the National IT department of ALDI stores, based in Prestons NSW. These positions are for fixed-term contracts until 30 May 2025.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the execution of essential projects and activities that will drive new processes improvement initiatives within the AHEAD SAP Centric landscape across all departments. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.
What does the role look like?
- Support the cross-department coordination and management of business process improvements within the AHEAD SAP Centric System landscape
- Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders from multiple departments to identify, facilitate and align on cross functional demands
- Identify challenges in business processes within the new AHEAD template
- Assist in the preparation of decision papers and recommendations to ensure a smooth collaboration and to solve challenges
- Reinforce cross department collaboration to improve end-to-end AHEAD processes and increase efficient working, process standardisation, achievement of company benefits and cost reduction
- Close collaboration and alignment with process experts from all business areas
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated project management or coordination experience
- Exposure to Business Transformation projects desired
- Understanding of core SAP systems highly regarded
- Ability to collaborate with and engage stakeholders to achieve project delivery
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This role reports into the Executive Manager - IT.
