Our client is seeking a Project Support Administrator (Actual role title) to join their team and assist the Project Manager and the Project Support Officer in the day-to-day operations of the project.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and organising project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the project management agenda and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Coordinating and generating reports on project progress, issues, risks, and achievements
- Managing the office supplies and equipment for the project team
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the project team members as required
- Managing the administrative processes and documentation of the project, including technical, financial, and contractual aspects
- Coordinating all internal and external correspondence related to the project
- Organising and compiling project documentation in line with project requirements and milestones, including health and safety
- Office management experience, preferably in a project-based environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with different levels of stakeholders
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple issues and tasks at any one time
- Service-oriented working attitude, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for the project and the client
- Ability to balance competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Experience within an international project organisation is an advantage
- Ability to prioritise, organise, and plan your own work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
