This nationally significant project is a grid-connected Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) set to be among one of the largest in Australia. Enerven are proud to deliver this exciting project and further bolster our activity in reshaping the NSW energy market.
Enerven specialises in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, with specific expertise and experience in transmission, distribution and renewable energy markets. One of our many significant projects will commence in September and is of major strategic importance to Enerven as it enables us to continue to unlock the national renewables market with the design and installation of one of the largest Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Australia. Therefore, we are now seeking to appoint an experienced Site Administrator to support the administrative delivery of the design and installation of this BESS at the Lidell Power Station.
The Role:
Reporting to our Project Coordinator, a permanent opportunity now exists for a highly experienced and engaging Site Administrator based near Muswellbrook, NSW. As part of this role, you will:
- provide high level administration support ensuring the project kicks off successfully and is supported through all aspects of delivery culminating in a successful completion.
- Perform administrative duties for the site-based office and work directly with the project team, interacting with clients, order management, invoicing, and project reporting.
- Achieve and maintain Enerven and client KPI requirements.
- Track and maintain central project records, and have open lines of communication between departments, producing regular management, financial and client reports
- manage and maintain scheduled project deliverables.
You will be the go-to administration person for site inquiries and minor operational requirements.
The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 2+ years of demonstrated project administration experience gained from within the construction, utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- either a Cert IV in Business or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through hands-on experience in a similar role.
- passionate about building relationships with others and at ease when dealing with customers and clients.
- highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Current Driver’s License
- Comfortable with working on a construction-based site office.
Hours outside of normal working hours and interstate travel may be required for this position. Candidates will need to be prepared to undertake pre-employment screening including a medical and police check, as well as site inductions.
