Are you an experienced Project Support Officer looking for a challenging role where you can work on a complex activity in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join one of our clients as a Customer Support Officer & Project Co-ordinator in Canberra or Sydney.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the affairs of the team's needs and is responsible for maintaining accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action items, follow up items, and follow up dates, planning and scheduling meetings, events, training sessions, and project co-ordination on all existing and future WOLSS business (Governance) and team communication.
The role is looking for an eager self-starter who would be embedded in a high-performance team, helping them to smoothly run and deliver amazing outcomes for customers.
The team coordinator provides direction and organisation for the team and will provide Project support to the Program and project managers for the Project.
Ensuring everyone on the team has the information and resources they need to do their jobs effectively; the team coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the team is working together efficiently and effectively to meet the goals of the customer and the organisation and provides administrative support for team members such as arranging travel arrangements and some diary co-ordination.

- Strong project management experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with constant change
- Ability to build relationships with diverse groups & personalities
- Ability to manage time across numerous tasks
- must be able to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Importantly be able to convey messages from Executive clearly and concisely. May also be responsible for communicating with other teams or departments, so it's important to be able to send and receive messages in a professional manner.
