Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Warehousing and Distribution of the Regency Park warehouse. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure daily duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner as well as establishing and maintaining key professional relationships with customers.

As the Warehouse Manager, your duties will include:
- Lead daily tactical and strategic planning to organize, monitor, and control warehouse operations.
- Foster collaboration with other states and Warehouse Managers to ensure a consistent national approach for our valued customers.
- Cultivate relationships with warehouse clients, focusing on increasing yield and service improvement.
- Coach and develop warehouse employees to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to optimize inbound/outbound logistics and daily performance.
- Conduct scheduled stocktakes and investigate anomalies for continuous improvement.
- Foster cohesion among all departments to achieve the best whole-of-business outcomes.
- Oversee recruitment activities and manage HR-related costs effectively.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
As a successful candidate you will have:

- Qualifications in Business Administration/Management or Warehousing preferred.
- Valid Class LO & LF Forklift Licences.
- Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Control, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- A proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
- Excellent time management and adaptability.
- A proactive and autonomous work style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent data entry skills.
