One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Project Communication Support Officer to work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to develop and implement a wide range of project related communication artefacts. You will also help enhance the reputation of the department and foster key working relationships amongst the team. The role can be based out of their Canberra, Melbourne or Adelaide offices with flexible working arrangements available. The successful Project Communication Support Officer will be offered a 12 monthcontract with 2 x 6 month extension options.
The successful Project Communication Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Producing multi channel communication initiatives promoting key project and organisational messages
- Contributing to the creation of a suite of communication artefacts including templates and branding
- Contributing to the execution and updating of communication for digital marketing strategies
- Collaborating with researchers to develop engaging communications
The successful Project Communication Support Officer will have experience in the following:
- Ability to produce multi channel communication initiatives including emails, newsletters and brochures
- Experience working with communication artefacts and putting together communication plans
- Experience with SharePoint, websites and other digital marketing tools
- Ability to solve problems and exercise good judgement in a fast pace environment
