The Position

·        This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop Project management, technical and Customer relationship skills while contributing to the company's growth and success.

·        As a Project & System Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through effective Project Management skills, technical support, solution design, and customer engagement.

·        The Project & System Services Engineer will work on IOT space and is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of all active network equipment to ensure smooth operation of the system.

·        This will involve constant communication and link with the customers to ensure that the customer staff are trained to operate the systems as well as be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise from time to time; both, at a network as well as software and data level.

Skills and Attributes

·        Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science) or equivalent practical experience obtained after a TAFE/ equivalent qualification.

·        Able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth operation of the system. 

·        Project Management skills and demonstrable experience.

·        Excellent communication skills, business acumen to create long lasting relationships with the customers.

·        Ability to train and coach staff in troubleshooting network equipment.

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar supporting role.
