The Project Test Lead – Flourish Connect is responsible for managing and leading the Project Testing phases for the Flourish Connect CIMS/CRM digital project. They will be particularly thorough with software quality assurance testing activities to ensure the product meets the stipulated business requirements.
The Project Test Lead - Flourish Connect is responsible for driving the testing stream in particular planning the testing activities and executing the various tests. They are also responsible for creating the testing strategy and testing plans, resource management and arrangement that is necessary for test data and test environments to be prepared and accessed, under the direction and guidance of the Senior IT Project Manager.
The key tasks and responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Planning the testing phases including User Acceptance Testing, system integration testing, and security testing.
- Plan and prepare test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and cases.
- Manage the execution of test cases in Azure DevOps environment (Test environment) according to project schedule milestones.
- Defects management and control, including escalation management to achieve necessary resolutions on time.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders and business analysts.
- Daily progress reporting and resource allocation.
- Responsible for test reports to be signed-off and approved on schedule.
- Define and fulfil necessary test entry and exit criteria for each test phase.
- Plan and prepare test data for each testing phase including full regression testing phase.
- Act as first point of contact to support test users’ needs and enquiries.
- Manage test environment and users’ access, working closely with technical engineers

Essential
- 5+ years Test Lead experience, including being responsible for testing large corporate IT platforms or Digital Transformation Projects including responsibility for test planning, execution and progress reporting to project and executives.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM implementation in Cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps to manage features and stories test cases.
- Demonstrate strong experience in test management and Q&A methodologies and deliverables.
- Able to design and prepare test automation practices.
- Understanding of the Agile development and delivery approach.
- Ability to co-ordinate changes and clarifications with business analysts and change management streams.
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Desirable
- A carer role or having a personal lived experience of a mental health issue.
- Experience implementing corporate cloud platforms such as Dynamics365 experience.
- Experience in health care industry and services.
- Good understanding of Integration & API technologies.
- Good understanding of data migration process as well as integration methodologies such as API’s.
