Our client is embarking on a digital transformation journey. A key component of this is the Support Services Change Program. This Program of work will simplify, standardise, and digitise processes across our Enabling functions. This will allow a more streamlined experience for frontline teams, customers, and partners. Key drivers will enable this are:The use of digital solutions and leading technologies. This includes a new digital rostering solution (Workforce Software) and SAP Cloud (S4/HANA for finance and asset management, Ariba for procurement, SuccessFactors for HR).
As Training Manager, working with the implementation partners, Business Change Managers and other organisation and Program team members, you will use your extensive experience to develop and deliver a sound training strategy for a multifaceted and interdependent transformational change.Working with our implementation partner, you will play a key role in ensuring adoption, resistant management and readiness is managed. To do this, you will lead and identify training and knowledge requirements and needs, work with others to develop an integrated training plan and curriculum and oversee training development and delivery. You work with your training coordinator to ensure that the training and knowledge transfer is executed successfully. You will work with relevant business areas to ensure that the training is successfully and thoroughly handed over to ensure for long and sustainable change.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be comfortable leading the training effort across a portfolio of work
- Be comfortable with change management and training frameworks
- Have proven experience overseeing, analysing, and evaluating training programs simultaneously
- Have at least +7 years’ experience in training leaders across large geographically dispersed organizations.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
