No two days are the same in this role which is critical to the success of the project. The Airservices Defence OneSKY Towers (ADOT) Project & Transition Lead supports the ADOT Project Manager, Operational Transition Project Manager and Support System Design Project Manager to deliver ADOT to Defence in accordance with Defence requirements and also supports end-user preparedness and readiness to operate and support ADOT through planning and coordinating transition activities.

What will I be doing?
- Manage and facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Identify and contribute to ADOT risk, issue, and opportunity management
- Represent customer interests in weekly project meetings
- Support the ADOT PM, Operational Transition PM and Support System Design PM in the delivery of the ADOT Capability System, ensuring Customer requirements are understood and satisfied.
- Coordinate Defence actions resulting from the delivery of ADOT i.e., RFIs.
- Coordinate Defence reviews (if required) of contract delivered documentation
- Develop end-user transition planning consistent with the capability being delivered
- Ensure end-user generated artefacts required for commissioning, support and operation are informed and delivered on time
- Ensure Commissioning Readiness Reviews for each Operational Partition are conducted on time and with the necessary supporting information
- Conduct regular reporting on each Operational Partition’s readiness for Commissioning
What sort of skills do I need?
- Current NV1 Security Clearance
- Have a working knowledge of the Defence environment particularly Air Force.
- Experience in Project environments
- Experience in Civil or Defence Air Traffic Control and/or ATC systems.
- Experience working with internal Defence organisations (AFHQ, SRG, CASG).
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with personnel at different levels and from various disciplines
