We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to spearhead various aspects of a Superannuation Fund Transition project. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful definition and delivery of multiple streams, aligning with project goals to enhance member benefits and outcomes.
The Project Manager will be based in Melbourne and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
Manage a complex portfolio of projects within the designated program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Utilise expertise in technology platforms, systems, process management, and change management to drive project initiatives forward.
Lead and oversee transition projects, including managing vendors, ensuring project governance, and delivering successful outcomes.
Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across various streams and levels of the organisation to facilitate collaboration and drive project alignment.
Provide end-to-end management of superannuation transformations, incorporating a working knowledge of correspondence management, finance, and regulatory frameworks.
Influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project objectives and promote organisational synergy.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within fund management or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of success on large-scale enterprise projects.
- Proven expertise in managing vendors and overseeing transitions to achieve project objectives.
- Melbourne-based with eligibility to work in Australia
- Experience in superannuation or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with superannuation processes, regulations, and frameworks.
- Background in transition planning and execution.
