We're looking for a well established and experienced Civil Construction Manager to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Working across numerous sites in SEQ (Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast)
- Provide new contacts and opportunities for the business.
- Regularly liaise with and approach new and existing Clients and Clients Representatives in the target markets.
- Assist with tenders.
- Assist the Project Team with post tender discussions, clarifications and meetings.
- Maintaining construction budgets, & reporting.
- Promote the business in a positive manner to create opportunities.
- Conduct meetings in early stages of the Tender period with the Estimating Team.
- Recruitment and mentoring of teams.
- Manage quality assurance systems.
- WHS and Environmental planning.
- Management and administration of suppliers and subcontractors.
ABOUT YOU
- A stable career history within the construction industry.
- High volume Project house experience.
- Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company.
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines.
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity.
- Applicable trade / industry qualifications.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management & good communication skills.
- Self-motivation and able to work independently and in a team environment.
