They currently have an immediate vacancy for a Civil Project Manager to contribute to the rapid growth of their companies portfolio. The successful candidate will:
- Hold qualifications in Engineering
- Demonstrate experience in civil works including roads, earthworks, drainage
- Strong commercial acumen, cost management and financial reporting skills
- Expert knowledge of the relevant health & safety legislation
As the Project Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Provide effective leadership and direction
- Develop, implement and deploy project, plans, scope and costs schedules and risk mitigation strategies
- Interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.
- Manage scope of works resourcing labour, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders
- Contract & Claims administration
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, contractual and legal obligations
It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
