This international logistics company is currently seeking a Projects Coordinator to join their Perth branch.The company focuses on providing employees with a supportive working environment who value the effort you put into your role.
The Role
Your duties as Project Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare competitive quotations for Air/Sea, Out of Gauge, and Domestic Road/Air shipments.
- Oversee the daily operations of project shipments.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate and support onsite handling, ensuring project compliance, and efficient administration and reporting.
About you
Currently, they’re on the lookout for somebody with proven experience in a projects role in freight forwarding or logistics.
Other skills and attributes include:
- Extensive experience managing Projects Cargo, including Large Out of Gauge Freight.
- Deep understanding of Air/Sea/Road operations and industry regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and transportation management software.
