THE ROLE:

Exciting opportunity for a Brisbane-based Projects Manager with work-from-home flexibility. Blend of operational management (80%) and business development (20%). Target new clients in Queensland's resource sectors, oversee a team of 4, and ensure top-notch customer service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Efficient project management to achieve business objectives.
• Improve organizational efficiencies and capabilities.
• Ensure timely and budgeted project outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Develop strategic plans and client pipelines.
• Bid preparations and solution design.
• Build a positive company image through ethical practices.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Minimum 5 years' projects management experience in Oil & Gas or resource sectors.
• Tertiary studies in a related discipline (Business degree, MBA).
• Sound knowledge of airline or ocean freight operations.
• Strong understanding of Freight Forwarding systems and Project Management.
• Advanced commercial acumen and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Target and results-focused, able to work autonomously.
• Flexible hours and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
