About the Role
As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing properties and supporting the purchasing process for clients on their financial journey through property investment. The role includes:
- Developing strong agent relationships and ongoing repeat business opportunities including referrals and building relationships and networking opportunities.
- Undertaking in-field and broader research of new market opportunities and prepare detailed recommendations for consideration by the Investment Committee.
- Understanding the client’s needs, specific circumstances to effectively shortlist potential properties for purchase.
- Ensuring the smooth handover of property details and information to Buyers Agents so that they can act effectively as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and selling agents.
About You
- A demonstrated client-first approach and strong team orientation.
- Relevant experience in property buying, property management, property sales.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (required).
- Hold an Agent's Representative Competency (required).
- Hold a Cert IV in Property Services (highly regarded).
- Great analytical and property research skills with the initiative to apply lateral thinking.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Capability to work independently, problem-solve, and process information quickly.
- Organised, responsible, and maintains high professional standards.
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to a range of technology and software.
