About the role
L3Harris IMSA are seeking a highly-driven and detail-orientated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for Maternity Leave Cover.
With a national portfolio, you will be exposed to the ADF’s operating environments and gain invaluable experience in the booming Defence industry.
Reporting to the TA Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- End-to-end TA processes across your assigned portfolio
- Building effective stakeholder relationships to support high-touch recruitment service delivery
- Attracting, developing, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to meet technical talent requirements
- Coaching and advising line leaders on best practice interview and assessment techniques
- Deliver accurate and timely recruitment information, support, feedback and advice to Management
About you
The pace and performance profile of this role is best suited to passionate and self-motivated individuals. You will have recruitment experience in either agency or fast-paced and complex internal environments. Key skills that will ensure your success include;
- Effective candidate marketing and advertising
- Thorough needs analysis and job briefing
- Behavioural and technical interviewing techniques
- Relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
