Title: Property Administration Officer, Permanent - Part-time Role, 21 hours per week
Salary Range: $71838.4 to $83487.12 per annum (pro rata) + super (subject to skills and experiences)

The role of Administration Officer is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Facilities Management & Services team. The Facilities team have a wide range of functions and as such the administration support needs are varied. The Facilities team engage with all areas of council and operate with a customer focused outlook.
Some key responsibilities of the Administration Officer include (but are not limited to):
Contribute to the daily operations of the Property team to ensure a flexible and responsive service
Liaising with Customers and service providers
Assist the Facilities team generally with administration requirements
Assist the Manager Facilities Operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operations support of the Facilities team including supporting all general administrative and office support functions as required
Administration of tasks, requisitions, POs and invoices in Councils works and assets system.
