The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to be based onsite in the WA Goldfields region.
This is a 12 month Contract role to cover paternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the team onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain site daily site reports.
- Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing freight.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Maintain stationary and office consumables.
- Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
- Maintain stock and purchases.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
- Other operational support as required.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role.
- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator would be an advantage.
- Ability to pass Pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Hold valid drivers licence.
- Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced.
- Excellent computer and software skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment.
