About the Role
We have an opportunity to join our property team in this permanent full -time role based at our Shenton Park office. The Association manages 70 properties, and all the decision making is ours. This means you will not be liaising with multiple property owners as we control all the sites. You will instead be doing very meaningful work on behalf of our clients with Autism who live in these homes along with our staff. You will be responsible for site inspections, repairs and renovations, procurement and ensuring all required documentation and records are accurately maintained.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaising with contractors to complete maintenance tasks and renovations
- Scheduling and completing residential property Inspections
- Identifying and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance works
- Ensuring supplier quotations meet required standards
- Work with other Property team members including some customer facing tasks
About You
This is a very unique role as it will combine your knowledge of property administration with a desire to do meaningful work. You’ll have experience in property administration and resolving maintenance issues, excellent attention to detail, good computer literacy and enjoy taking ownership of your work to ensure quality is maintained.
Preferred Criteria
Demonstrated experience in property administration in either a real estate or corporate property environment. However, because we are not a real estate agency and operate differently, and if you feel you don’t meet the exact criteria, we can be flexible for the right candidate.
