About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
Role Responsibilities
- Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
- Oversee the rental arrears collection process
- Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
- Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
- Raise monthly charges
- Process workflows
- Maintain databases
- Contractor Management
- Perform account reconciliations
The Successful Candidate
- Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
- Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
- Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to put together and interpret a budget
