Our client is one of the largest landowners in Australia. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a property Associate with the opportunity to step up and manage staff.
The Role
- Respond to property enquiries
- Recommend contractors or assessment of quotations
- Review DA's, CDCs, Leases, and license agreements
- Conduct regular property assessments
- Ensure the property processes are followed
- Liaise with property consultants and other service providers
- Provide administrative support to the property team
- Provide reports on property information
- Minimum 1 years' experience in property/customer service-related field
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Exposure to several different sectors in the property industry
