AddressAn international insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join their Brisbane team where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Property Claims.
About the Role:
- Responsible for your own portfolio of Property Claims.
- Liaising with clients/insurers/brokers/adjusters to discuss individual cases and resolve issues which may arise.
- Dealing with claims at varying quantum’s taking prompt action to get a positive outcome for the client as quick as possible.
- Negotiating with all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong lasting relationships to ensure the right decision is reached for the client.
- You will have experience managing Property Claims.
- Experience handling claims in an insurer/adjusting/broking environment.
- Experience navigating around any setbacks which arise.
- Customer focused approach, with the proven ability to think outside the box.
- Effective and professional communication, negotiation, influencing and strong relationship management skills.
- Team focused attitude.
- Present a high level of attention to detail.
- Be quality focused while able to deal with high volumes of claims.
