We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Property Claims Consultant. The purpose of this role is to manage and support our Property Claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive clams management.
After initial training you will be able to work from home up to 3 days a week!
What are my accountabilities?
- Process all claims within your delegated authority;
- Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement;
- Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; and
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Property claims;
- Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to work independently and within a team; and
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
