Role and Responsibilities:
Working within our large and supportive team, you will provide key support and customer service to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio of residential apartments. You will work in conjunction with our experienced Property Managers and gain exposure to and assist with all facets of leasing and property management. This is a great opportunity to broaden your skills and develop your career within property management.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with prospective Renters (face to face, via the phone and internet/email)
- Monitoring available rental properties and statistics
- Conducting Open For Inspections and assessing tenancy applications
- Organising maintenance and repairs
- Assisting Property Managers with Routine Inspections
- Work in a pod system with ongoing support
- Rotating Saturday roster with a rostered day off during the week
- Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills with residents, potential clients, colleagues and third parties are a must for this role.
- Excellent team player and are willing to offer support to other team members.
- Always maintain a professional and presentable appearance.

- Real Estate Agent’s Rep Certificate
- Australian Driver’s License and comfortable driving in the inner city is critical.
