The role
Do you have experience with the fundamentals of contract management and an understanding of the building industry?
The Property Services team is seeking a Property Contracts Support Officers to support the management of service contracts for the City’s owned and managed buildings and properties. You will be responsible for the development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of a variety of Property Service related contracts. You will also be responsible for ensuring that contract management processes are in line with the City Contract Management Framework and you will undertake contract management duties with a focus on enhancing service delivery, resolving complex issues and ensuring compliance.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have excellent communication skills and skills in managing time and setting priorities, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ability to create, develop and maintain good relationships and the ability to solve problems using creativity and originality are essential for this role.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
