This is a fantastic 6 months + temporary opportunity to use your existing knowledge and build on it in a professional state government environment. 

Great work/life balance with structured hours Monday to Friday and a weekly pay. 
Working in a busy and fast paced property department with the support of an experienced team key duties will include:

• managing a portfolio of diverse assets negotiating and managing new leases, licences, joint use agreements and renewals
• general project work acquisitions and disposals (with assistance)
• preparation of written reports and recommendations 
• reporting using government systems and processes

Exposure to state or local government would be ideal.

To be successful for this role you will need: 

To demonstrate a sound understanding of general commercial property management and an understanding of commercial leases. 

• A current Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and skilled at building external and internal working relationships
• High level ability to investigate, analyse and evaluate problems
• Able to effectively provide advice to executives and senior officers
• To be available for immediate start
