LVMH Fashion Group Australia manages a number of LVMH brands including CELINE, LOEWE and KENZO.
We have an exciting opportunity within our Finance & Operations team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role as theFinance Analyst will see you providing finance and office administration support for the LVMH Fashion Group brands in Australia.
The position will allow you to develop your skills and capabilities within our wider regional structure while providing key support to the Australian team.
Your day-to-day will include supporting CELINE & LOEWE brands with:
- Assisting with month-end closing for (accruals, review OPEX, and report on the variances on a monthly basis).
- Assisting with the Budgets & Forecasts process, supporting with side analysis and cost calculation.
- Providing analysis and reporting on payroll (including productivity, Match to Traffic).
- Running cost analysis on vendors to assess optimum service / cost and help select new vendors.
- Assisting with Tax matters (FBT, BAS) and data compilation.
- AP / AR tasks not limited to collecting/sorting invoices for relevant depts’ review/approval (including generate & control AMEX BTA/ Optus online invoices).
- Ensuring stores submit expense and petty cash claims in time for submission to HK Accounting team.
- Coordinating all Banking details changes and liaise on the payment terminals deployment/ cancellation.
- Periodically review and assist retail stores on Petty Cash rec, Key register updates, Fire equipment audit
- Responsibility for all the above matters for the KENZO brand.
- Administration tasks including new joiner coordination, stationary orders, as well as office maintenance.
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Finance.
About you:
- You will have previous experience within a similar finance role providing analytical and retail support to the team.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, (v. lookups & pivot tables).
- Be "hands-on" and feel confident working with large complex data sets.
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Previous experience in Retail or Luxury industry (highly desirable).
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills.
