Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude and excellent data entry skills to join our Information Management division as an Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role working in our imaging department and warehouse facility.
This role will require someone who is comfortable performing repetitive work and will require some clerical tasks will be involved including:
- Filing
- Sorting of documentation
- Preparation of documentation for data entry
- Warehouse Experience – desirable
- Excel skills
- PDT hand held scanner experience
- Cataloguing and file registration experience - desirable
- Be hard working and reliable
- Physically fit – lifting of boxes
- Flexibility with work hours
- Work well under pressure
- Be a team player
