Join our family-owned electrical business as ourOffice Administrator/EA. We’re a dedicated team of 14, looking for a dynamic individual and can offer flexible hours, whether that’s full-time, part-time (during school hours) or a hybrid version that accommodates full-time working from both the office and home.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Office Administrator, you’ll be the key support to our Managing Director, taking charge of operational tasks, projects and showcasing your organizational and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for those who excel in an autonomous, people empowered environment, who can quickly grasp new concepts, and understand the demands of a busy paced business on its growth journey.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Managing Director Support: Assist with daily operations
- Project Management: Take charge of administrative tasks and projects (service items, new building co-ordination, responding to client queries, staff queries, etc.)
- Financial Management: Handle bookkeeping and basic financial tasks
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure smooth business operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience: Previous role as an Office Manager or Administrator, with bookkeeping experience
- Communication Skills: Engaging interpersonal style and collaborative team approach
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Industry Experience: Experience in an industrial environment is a plus
