To be successful in the role, the team member are preferred to have the following skills.
· Previous reception/administration experience with knowledge in the following areas.
- Dental reception experience
- Positive and Cheerful personality
- Knowledge of Core Practice software and HICAPS health fund claims
- Preferred with Certificate III/IV in business administration.
