A bit about the role
This is a diverse and career defining role for an analyst with a passion for property to provide internal and external stakeholder with the best data & insights available to leverage future opportunities. You will join a small team to contribute to the research for industry boards, clients, customers and internal stakeholders spanning across 6 division. If you want diversity, you have found it.
For this role we will want to know what work you have done with the following:
- Research and data collection, interpretation and analysis
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis from research materials
- Monitoring land market activity
- Identifying trends in the residential housing and land market
- Contribute to research reports
A bit about you
To be good in this position, we know you will have experience with things like database management and report writing. To be great though, you will be someone who can understand and foresee upcoming trends in the property market.. We need someone who is going to assist us to provide the best research-led sales opportunities for our team and our clients.
