Form of work13th November, 2023 LEAD INFORMATION Job Title - Property Inspector Site location - Mold Responsible to - Branch Manager Purpose of the role - The role is to carry out property appointments in the Mold and Chester areas with the use of a company pool car. This includes contacting landlords and tenants to book your own diary and then carrying out property inventories, inspections and check out reports. Client brief - Our client is a long-standing lettings and estate agency with multiple branches managing over 500 lettings properties.
Our client is looking to add to the existing lettings team due to continued growth. KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy - Continued growth Contract - Permanent Basic pay - £19,500 - depending on experience Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Holidays - 28 days inclusive of bank holidays Benefits - Pool car provided for all appointments, opportunities for ARLA training qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The role - Our client based in Mold is looking for a Property Inspector to join their existing team based out of their offices in Mold on permanent contract. The main responsibility of this role are to arrange, carry out and report on property inspections, general duties of this position are varied but not limited to -
- Creating property inventories.
- Completing check in/check out appointments and mid term inspections.
- Provide accurate inspection reports to landlords via the company app.
- Carry out office administration procedures and supporting the office team where required.
Key Skills Required The role requires fantastic customer service skills as you will be meeting tenants and entering properties to report on property conditions and then reporting efficiently to the property portfolio manager to arrange any works required. Ideally, the right candidate for this role will possess –
- Previous Letting industry experience – desirable but not essential.
- ability to create a good repour with tenants to create a great relationship between the agency and its tenants.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- Keen eye for detail.
