The role
The firm's property practice acts for property owners and large developers on:
- Acquisitions and sales (residential and commercial).
- Project developments, and project management.
- Joint ventures, including for major infrastructure projects.
- CTS matters.
During the day-to-day you'll be working on development site acquisitions, complex negotiations, joint venture arrangements, commercial sale contracts, and easement preparation.
About you
The firm is looking for a 2 year plus PAE lawyer with experience working in the property space, along with the ability to work well in terms, communicate well with clients and colleagues, and attention to detail.
