Minimum requirement for this position; you will need to have at least 1-3 years experience in Property and/or Estate Law.

- Commercial Law experience (desirable)
Your duties will include:
- Opening and assisting with files predominately in the area of Property and Wills/Estates Administration
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Customer service and liaising with clients, including booking consultations
- Being the “face of NB Property Law”, alongside the Director
- Undertaking searches
- Following up on outstanding contract conditions
- Organising settlement and calculating settlement figures
- Working with PEXA
- General file management duties
- Respond to email and phone queries from clients and external parties
- Prepare documentation for banks, other external authorities and to clients
- Run files from start to finish
