This firm is continually expanding and has offices both in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  

 
About the role:  
Working collaboratively within the team, your day to day will entail: 

• residential and commercial property development transactions including leasing and off-the-plan;  
• drafting and reviewing put and call options and contracts; 
• acquisitions and sale of commercial and residential property; and 
• exposure to and be trained on retirement living and commercial work. 

Skills/Experience:  
To be considered you will:  

• have strong analytical and technical legal experience in property law; 
• enjoy mentoring and delegating to junior team members;  
• 3-7 years’ post admission experience from a property practice (with an interest in gaining retirement village exposure); and 
• have a strong commitment to achieving outstanding client service and outcomes.
