Our client is long established commercial law firm. Due to growth, a strong pipeline of work and overall strategy, they are looking to hire an experienced Property Lawyer.
Our client is a stalwart in their space and lead the way in the areas of property and body corporate law as well as construction law with decades of experience behind them.
A flavour of the work, will include:
- off the plan developments
- land development, including subdivisions, covenants and easements
- general property advice e.g. advice on property planning, advice on property title structuring, advice on adverse possession, advice on compulsory acquisition
- providing advice on subdivision of properties, leases, licenses and easements
- drafting and interpreting strata by-laws
- providing advice on the compliance of by-laws
- providing advice on common property exclusive rights issues
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced Property Lawyer with at least 2 years pae
- Have strong technical skills as well as commercial nous
- Have excellent communication skills, able to foster strong client relationships
- Be a team player but also enjoy working independently
- Be highly organised and be able to manage competing deadlines
- Be enthusiastic, be pro-active and a self-starter
