Form of workOur client is a leading national firm acting for lender clients, they have around 100 staff and are growing. They are seeking a junior to mid-level Property Lawyer to join their young and dynamic team.
The Role
Work will include carriage of mortgagee sales for a variety of properties including residential and commercial projects, industrial offices, affordable schemes units, retail shops, farmlands, retirement villages and commercial leasing matters. You will also draft loan and other documentation relating to real estate and finance.
Applicants
Ideally you will have a minimum of two year’s PAE from another commercial firm or in-house organisation. You will be immediately client facing so soft skills are extremely important as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
