Are you a seasoned Property Lawyer looking to elevate your career? Our client is a successful and long-standing practice in Sydney's CBD seeking an accomplished Property Lawyer to take ownership of the Property practice and grow their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing existing client relationships, including large developer clients
• Handling leasing matters for retail and commercial properties
• Representing high-net-worth individuals and large development companies
• Driving business development initiatives to expand the property practice

What We're Looking For:

• No less than 5 years PAE in a Commercial Property law team within an Australian private practice law firm
• Proven track record of success in handling complex property matters
• Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and development
• Excellent communication and networking skills
