Access theIn the role of Property Leasing Officer you will provide professional, accurate and timely administration services to support to the requirements of the department's Boat Harbour, Roadside Advertising, Telecommunication and TransLink commercial portfolios. Your administrative support will actively contribute to the management of existing agreements, stakeholder engagement, compliance with legislation and policy and ensuring the portfolio achieves a return on investment.Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration support for various commercial agreements such as those for State managed boat harbours, advertising, telecommunication, and roadside service centres.
- Proactively managing customer accounts, including invoicing, arrears, rent reviews, insurance obligations, compliance, and ensuring all critical dates are actively reported.
- Providing high-quality administrative general business support including mailbox management to ensure efficient operation of work unit, and accurately entering data into systems that are used by Property Management including: Rentman, ADS, DMS and SAP.
- Processing applications and approvals and preparing documentation and property related correspondence as directed.
- Respond to customer enquiries including applications or proposals for new agreements, sites, use of public facilities, public complaints regarding departmental properties, assets and advertising signs.
- Provide high level administrative support services to compliment the efficient management of the department's commercial portfolios.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external.
