The Role
No two days are the same at the paw- ffice!!
Reliability and dependability are what we are looking for as well as a willingness to be flexible to work with our small team
Your new role incorporates a variety of tasks and you will be expected to carry out basic office duties including but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Processing customer orders through Fishbowl
- Responding to client enquiries via emails or phone calls
- Recording minutes and notes during meetings
- Assist in maintaining a tidy office environment
- Assist with office orders such as stationery orders and general office supplies
- Events support
- Supporting Proudi stakeholders
We are looking for a paw–sitive person to work on a casual basis Mon – Thurs, 4x hours per day. (With potential for more hours on certain days to support workload)
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive “can do” attitude and an outgoing personality
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A minimum of intermediate level MS Office proficiency
- Strong administrative skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Able to follow direction
- Must love dogs and cats!
