Property Management Administrator

RealWay Property Partners is currently looking to recruit a Property Management Administrator. We are an energetic, hardworking team who are constantly striving to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate would be a team member looking for an entry level position into Real Estate, to join a team where they can thrive, however someone with experience in the industry would definitely be desirable!

The Role:

Within this role you would be responsible for a number of different tasks. 

• Typing & issuing lease renewals 
• Entering in trades invoices for payment 
• Issuing and managing all compliances i.e Smoke Alarms, Pool Safety 
• General Admin Duties
• Supporting the Property Management Team as required 
• Answering and directing inbound calls 
• Ordering business cards and name badges 
• Trade statements & account follow-up 

The Applicant:

• Previous experience within a Real Estate office would be an advantage
• Excellent Customer Service Skills 
• A Passion for Achieving and Exceeding Targets 
• A Driven, Can-Do Attitude 
• A Valid Drivers Licence 
• Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills 
• Attention to detail
