Throughout this role, you will be guided, trained and mentored with the vision to grow within the team and become a stand-alone Property Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Organising and attending open inspections
- Processing incoming tenant applications
- Managing email and phone enquiries
- Creating and executing tenancy agreements
- Servicing and communicating with landlords
- Lodging tenancy bonds and processing bond refunds
- Conducting and finalising Ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Arranging and overseeing any required maintenance
- Processing invoices and other general admin tasks
Skills & Experience
- Must have a Property Management Registration or willing to complete the course
- Must have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- A high level of organisational and prioritising skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An honest individual who values integrity
- Professional appearance
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
