Our award winning office is looking for a Permanent Part Time Property Manager Assistant (3 to 4 days per week, flexible hours).
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Routine Inspector / Property Manager Assistant to join our growing team at LJ Hooker Flinders Park. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our Property Managers and ensuring our rental properties are maintained to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of residential investment properties
- Preparing detailed reports with photos documenting the condition of the property
- Identifying any maintenance issues and reporting them to the Property Manager
- Liaising with tenants to arrange inspection times and answer any questions
- Assisting property managers with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records
Skills and experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills
- The ability to consistently identify and report maintenance issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be open minded to learning new programming and technology
- Punctuality and time management skills a must
Requirements:
- Property Management accreditation and/or Property Management license
- A valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
