THE ROLE:
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinating leasing advertising and processing applications
· Responding to tenant enquiry
· Adding new tenants and landlords into the Property Me
· Producing welcome kits and packs for tenants and landlords
· Lease preparation and key collection appointments
· Preparing ingoing condition reports
· Assisting Property Managers with rent reviews and lease renewals
· Assisting Property Managers with routine inspections and reports
· Exit support for Property Managers including preparing exit condition reports
· File administration including producing files, scanning and archiving files
· Tagging and signing in/out keys
· Providing outstanding customer service to all clients
· Answering incoming calls and walk in face to face enquiry
· Reception support
· General support to Property Managers as required
Skills and Experience:
· High organisational and time management skills
· Computer literacy
· Self- motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
· An exceptional work ethic
· Up-to date Covid-19 Vaccination
Driver’s license and your own car are necessary
A current Registration Certificate would be highly regarded. This is a full time position
